Shipping and Returns Policies
Shipping
- For our shipping services we ship via Fedex International Priority or via Post Office.
- Shipment is made from our location in Portugal and we deliver worldwide. Be aware that if shipping via post office delivery times can range from 1-5 weeks (or longer in case of unforeseeable circumstances as bad weather, strikes, …).
- All sales to European Union include VAT Tax. International customers outside European Union may be charged for taxes and duties upon delivery. Every country has a set of different rules so if you are unsure please check with your local customs to find out any extra charges you might have upon delivery.
- Watches usually ship within 5 working days.
- Our web site will not accept orders for items that are not in stock. All items that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship.
- Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses and we do not ship to post office boxes.
- Tracking numbers for your package(s) are available upon request.
- Contact sales@volantewatch.com for details. Some services such as Fedex, automatically email tracking information.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping via Fedex International Priority: $45.00 USD
- Shipping via Post Office Registered mail : $10.00 USD (be aware with this option transit times can exceed 1-5 weeks)
Cancellation of Order
- If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, this can only be so prior to shipping. In that case we will proceed with a full refund. Please contact our customer service department immediately at sales@volantewatch.com . In case order has already been shipped do not refuse acceptance of our shipment.
Returns
You have three days to examine your watch. If for some reason you are not happy with your watch you can send it back to us. Be aware return shipping costs are to be paid by you.
From your refund we have to deduct a 10% cancellation fee for your order. The shipping costs are not refundable. Watches cannot be accepted for a refund if they have been worn or if the strap/bracelet has been sized.
All sales of watch movements and accessories are final and can not be returned.
Issues during Warranty Period
If you have any problem with your watch during warranty period please contact us. We will provide a solution if covered by our warranty policy.
